1. General provisions
1.1. This user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the use of the MW LLC service, website, personal account, payment functions, digital services, VPN access, eSIM, server, hosting and other technical services.
1.2. By using the service, creating an account, placing an order, paying a bill, accessing a service or continuing to use the service, the user confirms that he has read, understood and accepts the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. If the user does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, he is obliged to stop using the service and not place orders.
1.4. The designation “MW LLC” is used as a brand (commercial name) of the service and does not in itself imply a statement of a specific legal form or registration in any country. The administration is the operator of the service and organizes technical provision of access and support.
2. Terms
2.1. “Administration” is a person or group of persons who ensure the operation of the service, processing orders, user support and technical organization of access to services.
2.2. “Service” - website, personal account, billing system, API integrations, payment pages, VPN, eSIM, server and other digital services provided under the MW LLC brand.
2.3. “User” is an individual or legal entity using the service, registering an account, placing an order or accessing the services.
2.4. “Service” means a digital, network, telecommunications, VPN, eSIM, server, hosting, software or other technical product provided through the service.
2.5. “Provider” means an external provider, telecom operator, data center, payment service, eSIM platform, API partner or other third party involved in the actual provision of individual services.
3. Service status
3.1. The service is a technical platform for registration, payment, accounting and maintenance of digital services.
3.2. Certain services may be provided using infrastructure, APIs, networks, data centers, telecom operators and other resources of third parties.
3.3. The administration is not a telecom operator, bank, payment organization, government agency, data center or owner of all external networks and platforms, unless otherwise expressly stated in a specific description of the service.
3.4. The administration has the right to change the structure of the service, interface, available payment methods, list of services, tariffs, descriptions and technical parameters without prior notice, if such changes do not significantly violate the already paid volume of the service.
4. Registration and account
4.1. The user undertakes to provide accurate information when registering, placing an order and contacting support.
4.2. The user is independently responsible for the safety of login, password, email, 2FA codes, tokens, subscription links, QR codes, eSIM data, VPN configurations, SSH accesses and other credentials.
4.3. All actions performed through the user account are considered to be performed by the user himself, unless the user proves otherwise and promptly notifies the Administration of compromised access.
4.4. The administration has the right to limit, block or delete an account in case of violation of the Agreement, suspicion of abuse, fraud, attack on the service, spam, attempts to circumvent restrictions or use of services to the detriment of third parties.
4.5. The user is prohibited from creating or using multiple accounts to bypass limits, blocks, checks, restrictions, payment rules, anti-abuse, bonuses, referral programs, refunds or other internal rules of the service.
4.6. The administration has the right to merge, limit, block or delete associated accounts if there are signs of multi-account, fraud activity, account transfer, resale of access, use of temporary email addresses, fake data or other abuse.
4.7. The user is obliged to keep email and other contact information up to date. If the user does not receive notifications due to incorrect mail, filters, blocks, a full mailbox or other reasons on his end, the risk of consequences is borne by the user.
4.8. Transferring an account, selling an account, renting an account, sharing an account with several persons without approval, as well as providing access to third parties is prohibited. All consequences of such actions are borne by the account owner.
4.9. The administration has the right to request additional confirmation of ownership of an account, payment or service. Until the review is completed, access to certain features, orders, returns or services may be restricted.
4.10. When blocking an account for violating the Agreement, the Administration has the right to save technical logs, information about orders, payments, requests and user actions to protect the service, resolve disputes and prevent repeated abuses.
5. Services and procedure for provision
5.1. Services are provided digitally. Access to them can be granted automatically or manually after payment, payment verification, order confirmation or completion of processing by the supplier.
5.2. Activation periods, availability, speed, coverage, compatibility, routing, availability of numbers, IP addresses, servers, traffic, operator or specific location depend on the selected service and external providers.
5.3. Information about tariffs, countries, locations, traffic volumes, validity periods, IP, operators, availability and other parameters can be updated automatically through the providers' API.
5.4. The administration strives to keep the data up-to-date, but does not guarantee the absence of delays, synchronization errors or temporary discrepancies in information.
5.5. The user understands that eSIM, VPN, servers and other digital services may have technical limitations on the side of the device, operator, network, country of residence, route, provider, application store, device manufacturer or local Internet provider.
6. Payment and crediting of funds
6.1.1. The price of any product or service may change at any time before payment or renewal, including changes caused by providers, exchange rates, payment system fees, tariff availability, taxes, technical costs, manual correction or internal service rules.
6.1.2. To receive, activate, renew or restore a service, the user must pay the full current invoice amount displayed at the time of payment. Partial payment, an outdated price, a screenshot of an old price, a cached price, a display error or a previously seen amount does not obligate the Administration to provide the service at the old price.
6.1.3. If the price changes after order creation but before actual payment or manual confirmation, the Administration may request an additional payment, recalculate the invoice, cancel the order or credit the actually paid amount to the user balance.
6.1. Payment is made using methods available in your personal account. The availability of a specific payment method depends on the currency, user status, order type, country, technical settings and internal rules of the service.
6.2. Payments via cards, cryptocurrency, bank transfer, SWIFT, payment gateways, manual transfers and other channels may take different times to process.
6.3. Banks, payment systems, correspondent banks and intermediaries may charge commissions that are not controlled by the Administration.
6.4. For bank transfers and SWIFT payments, the actual amount received may differ from the amount sent. If a fee is deducted by a bank or intermediary, only the amount actually received may be applied to the user's order or balance.
6.5. The user is required to indicate the correct purpose of payment, account number or reference, if required. If the correct payment purpose is not provided, processing may be delayed or impossible until supporting documents are provided.
6.6. The administration has the right to request a check, receipt, transaction hash, screenshot, bank statement or other proof of payment.
7. Returns
7.1. Refunds are possible only in cases expressly provided for by the terms of a specific service, the technical capabilities of the supplier and the actual status of the order.
7.2. Digital services, VPN accesses, eSIM profiles, activated services, issued keys, configurations, subscriptions, servers, numbers, IP addresses and other intangible products may be non-refundable after issue or activation.
7.3. If the supplier allows cancellation of an unactivated eSIM, unused server or other service, a refund may be issued after the cancellation is confirmed by the supplier.
7.4. Commissions of payment systems, banks, intermediaries, exchange rate differences and third party deductions may not be refunded.
7.5. Refund requests are not accepted as a way to test the service. The user is obliged to independently study the description, restrictions, compatibility, validity periods, device requirements and conditions of the selected product before purchasing.
7.6. If the service has been issued, activated, used, downloaded, copied, opened, linked to a device, transferred to the user, installed or made technically available to the user, the return may be rejected regardless of the actual amount of use.
7.7. Services blocked, restricted or terminated due to user violation of this Agreement, supplier rules, abuse complaints, prohibited use, chargeback, false payment confirmation or attempt to circumvent restrictions are not eligible for refund.
7.8. Refunds are not made for periods of downtime, delays, blocking, reduced speed, incompatibility, network restrictions, user configuration errors, lack of backups, incorrect choice of tariff, country, operator, location, OS, protocol or device if the service was technically provided.
7.9. The refund, if approved, can be made to the account balance, the original payment method, or in another way as determined by the Administration. The administration has the right to withhold commissions, supplier expenses, payment fees, exchange losses, period used and actual costs incurred.
7.10. In case of a dispute, chargeback, return through a bank or payment system without first contacting support, the Administration has the right to suspend services, block an account, cancel bonuses, limit new orders and recover actual costs associated with the dispute.
7.11. The decision to return is made individually, taking into account the status of the service, supplier data, payment method, account history, presence of violations and technical possibility of cancellation. Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval.
7.12. The user is obliged to provide all requested data in order to process the return. Failure to provide data, false information, deletion of evidence or refusal to cooperate are grounds for refusal of return.
8. Acceptable Use
8.1. The User undertakes to use the service only in a legal, fair and safe manner.
8.2. You may not use the Services for spam, phishing, fraud, malware distribution, DDoS, unauthorized scanning, attacks, circumvention of mandatory restrictions, violation of third party rights, illegal content, threats, extortion, mass account registrations, abuse of networks and any actions that may lead to complaints, bans, damages or claims.
8.3. The administration has the right to suspend or terminate the service without refund if there is suspicion of prohibited use, receipt of an abuse complaint, request from a supplier, threat to the infrastructure, risk of blocking or violation of this Agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
9.1. The service and services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
9.2. The Administration does not guarantee continuous, error-free, completely secure or fully compatible operation of all services, unless otherwise expressly stated in the individual conditions of a particular service.
9.3. The administration is not responsible for the actions and inactions of suppliers, telecom operators, data centers, banks, payment systems, device manufacturers, Internet providers, government agencies, blocking, traffic filtering, API failures, routing failures, sanctions, force majeure, tariff changes, unavailability of certain countries, networks, IP addresses or locations.
9.4. The administration is not responsible for loss of data, lost profits, business downtime, blocking of user accounts on third-party services, inability to access third-party sites, incompatibility of eSIM with the device, incorrect profile installation, loss of QR code, passwords, keys, configurations or other data by the user.
9.5. The maximum liability of the Administration under any circumstances is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the specific disputed service for the last paid period, except in cases where applicable mandatory rules expressly prohibit such a limitation.
9.6. The administration is not responsible for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, reputational, commercial and other indirect losses.
10. Support
10.1. Support is provided through available communication channels, including tickets in your personal account.
10.2. To speed up processing, the user must indicate the service number, account number, binding code, payment receipt, description of the problem and other necessary information.
10.3. Administration and support conscientiously try to help each user, understand the request and offer a reasonable solution within the limits of available technical and organizational capabilities.
10.4. The User understands that not all circumstances depend on the Administration. The result and timing may be influenced by external suppliers, telecom operators, banks, payment systems, data centers, API partners, user device restrictions, local networks, blocking, client settings and other factors beyond the direct control of the Administration.
10.5. Support is not a 24/7 guaranteed response service unless a separate SLA is expressly agreed upon in writing. The response time depends on the load, the complexity of the request, the need to verify a payment, a request to the supplier or technical diagnostics.
10.6. Complex issues related to suppliers, banks, eSIM, networks, data centers or external APIs may require additional time.
10.7. The administration has the right to independently determine the priority of requests. First of all, issues related to payment, unavailability of a paid service, security, abuse incidents and massive technical failures can be processed.
10.8. Support is not obliged to perform server administration for the user, setting up third-party software, training to use the device, installing applications, setting up a firewall, migrating sites, restoring data, debugging user code or actions beyond the scope of the paid service.
10.9. The user is obliged to describe the problem clearly and provide the necessary data: service ID, account number, screenshots, error text, device, OS, application, IP, payment receipt, time of incident and sequence of actions. Incomplete requests may take longer to process or may be closed before data is provided.
10.10. Creating duplicate tickets, mass sending of messages, insults, threats, blackmail, spam, knowingly false information or pressure on support can lead to the closure of the request, limitation of support, account blocking or denial of further service.
10.11. The support response is informational and technical assistance. Unless otherwise stated in a response, it does not constitute legal, financial, tax, banking or other professional advice.
10.12. If the problem is related to an external supplier, operator, data center, bank, payment system, eSIM provider or API, the time frame for resolution depends on them. The administration is not responsible for delays caused by external participants.
11. Personal data and technical information
11.1. To operate the service, account data, email, order history, payment information, technical logs, IP addresses, User-Agent, service identifiers, eSIM ICCID, LPA/QR, numbers, server ID, configurations and other information necessary for the provision of services and support may be processed.
11.2. The user agrees that some of the data may be transferred to suppliers and payment services to the extent necessary to complete the order, process the payment, issue the service, diagnose, prevent abuse and perform technical operations.
12. Change of conditions
24.1. The Administration has the right to change this Agreement.
24.2. The new edition comes into force from the moment of publication on the website, unless a different period is specified in the edition itself.
24.3. Continued use of the service after the publication of a new version means the user agrees to the updated terms.
13. Associated editions and languages
13.1. This page is the Russian edition of the general user agreement.
13.2. In the future, editions may be published in other languages. In case of discrepancies between translations, priority is given to the edition that is directly indicated by the Administration as the main one for a specific service or interface.
13.3. Links to additional policies, specific service rules, instructions, tariff conditions, return policies and payment documents may be published separately and are considered part of the terms of use of the relevant service.
15. Special conditions for VPN services
15.1. VPN services are provided as a technical tool for secure network connection and traffic routing. The administration does not guarantee access to specific sites, applications, platforms, games, instant messengers, services, countries, IP addresses or networks.
15.2. Speed, stability, latency, availability of individual protocols, operation of subscriptions, configurations, QR codes, device limits and routes depend on the user’s device, provider, network, blocking, DPI, congestion, client settings, region and external infrastructure.
15.3. The user has no right to use the VPN for spam, attacks, bypassing anti-fraud systems, mass registration of accounts, fraud, illegal access, distribution of malware, violation of the rights of third parties or other abuses.
15.4. In case of abuse complaints, suspicion of malicious activity, exceeding limits, resale of access without approval, transfer of keys to third parties or use of the service to the detriment of the infrastructure, the Administration has the right to limit, suspend or terminate access without refund.
15.5. It is prohibited to use VPN access for constant maximum channel load, mass proxying, resale of traffic, organizing public gateways, bypassing anti-fraud systems, mass account registration, automated parsing, spam, attacks or other actions that may cause complaints, blocking or deterioration in the quality of the service.
15.6. Device, subscription, key, speed, country, route, and availability limits may be applied automatically. Attempts to circumvent such limits are considered a violation.
16. Special conditions for eSIM
16.1. An eSIM is a digital profile of a telecom operator or eSIM provider. The administration organizes the sale and technical issuance of the profile, but is not a mobile operator.
16.2. The user is responsible for checking whether their device supports eSIM, the absence of a SIM-lock, region compatibility, iOS/Android versions, the ability to install a profile and manufacturer restrictions.
16.3. Once an eSIM, QR code, LPA link, ICCID, number or activation data is issued, the profile may become non-refundable. An activated eSIM, used tariff, local number, voice profile or profile with started traffic consumption is not refundable unless the provider confirms otherwise.
16.4. The administration does not guarantee coverage, speed, quality of communication, availability of 5G/4G, operation of SMS/calls, availability of a specific operator, number pool or IP country. These parameters depend on the supplier, operator, roaming, country of residence and local networks.
16.5. The user is responsible for the timely installation of eSIM before the activate_before date, safety of the QR code and correct installation. If the activation period has expired due to the user's fault, a refund may not be possible.
17. Special conditions for VPS, dedicated and server services
17.1. Server services are provided using external data centers, APIs and infrastructure providers. The administration does not guarantee the immutability of a specific location, tariff, IP address, equipment, network route or supplier price.
17.2. The user is independently responsible for server administration, security of SSH access, root password, firewall, updates, backups, hosted content, network activity, licenses and compliance with vendor rules.
17.3. Any reinstallation, rebuild, reset, deletion, cancellation, termination of service or action in the control panel may result in data loss. The user is obliged to create backup copies in advance.
17.4. It is prohibited to use the servers for DDoS, crawling, brute force, spam, phishing, proxy abuse, vendor ban mining, malware, storage of prohibited content, copyright infringement, network attacks or other activities that cause complaints.
17.5. Upon receipt of a complaint, blocking by the supplier, suspected violation, excessive load, non-payment, threat to the infrastructure or request from the supplier, the Administration has the right to suspend, delete or not renew the server without compensation for the consequences of the user’s actions.
17.6. It is prohibited to use VPS, dedicated and other server services in the mode of constant or close to constant maximum load on the CPU, RAM, disk, I/O, network or communication channel, if such load interferes with the operation of the infrastructure, neighboring clients, supplier or causes restrictions on the part of the data center.
17.7. It is prohibited to intentionally or systematically load the Internet channel to 100%, create a constant network stream without a reasonable application purpose, organize public proxies, open VPN gateways, relay, tunneling, seedbox, torrent distributions, traffic pumping, bandwidth abuse or other artificial traffic generation schemes without separate written consent.
17.8. Mass port scans, parsing, credential stuffing, brute force, SMTP mailings, spam bots, open relay, public DNS/NTP/SMTP/Proxy services without approval, as well as any actions that create a risk of IP addresses, subnets or domains being blacklisted are prohibited.
17.9. Mining, high-load calculations, stress tests, load testing, benchmarks, ML/AI loads, transcode/streaming loads and other resource-intensive processes are allowed only if they do not violate the rules of the supplier, do not create a constant maximum load and do not affect the stability of the infrastructure.
17.10. If excessive load, network abuse, abnormal traffic consumption, complaints, the risk of IP blocking or fair use violation are detected, the Administration has the right to limit the speed, disable the port, suspend the server, block the service, refuse to renew or delete the service without prior notice. No compensation will be provided for the restriction period if the restriction is caused by user actions.
17.11. The User is obliged, at the request of the Administration, to promptly reduce the load, stop the problematic process, remove offending content, close the vulnerable service, configure a firewall, or provide an explanation of the activity. Failure to comply with a request is considered a material breach of the Agreement.
18. Special conditions for digital goods, scripts and configurations
18.1. Digital products, files, scripts, bots, plugins, configurations, links, keys and instructions are provided in digital form. Once issued, downloaded, copied or made available, such items may not be returned.
18.2. The user independently assesses the compatibility of the digital product with his environment, software version, server, dependencies and purposes of use.
18.3. The administration is not responsible for the consequences of self-installation, modification, incorrect configuration, use of third-party libraries, version conflicts or actions of third parties.
19. Balance, manual payments and confirmations
19.1. Enrollment of manual payments, bank transfers, card transfers, cryptocurrency transactions and other non-standard payments may require verification by the operator.
19.2. The user is obliged to create a ticket and provide a check, receipt, hash, screenshot or other document if this is specified in the instructions of the payment method or requested by the Administration.
19.3. Until payment is confirmed, the service may not be issued or renewed. The administration is not responsible for delays caused by a delay of the bank, network, payment system, incorrect payment purpose or lack of confirmation from the user.
19.4. If the amount received is less than the invoice amount due to a fee, exchange rate difference, or intermediary withholding, only the amount actually received is applied to the account or balance.
19.5. Manual payments without a correct assignment, reference, receipt or ticket may not be identified. Until such payment is identified, the Administration is not obligated to activate, renew or reserve the service.
19.6. If the user sent a payment to incorrect details, in the wrong currency, with the wrong amount, without a sender's commission, without a reference or with erroneous data, the risk of delay, return, loss or incomplete crediting is borne by the user.
19.7. Counterfeit, altered, reused, foreign or fraudulent receipts and payment confirmations are considered a material violation of the Agreement and may result in account suspension without refund.
20. Anti-abuse, safety and right of refusal
20.1. The administration has the right to apply automatic and manual anti-abuse measures, including limits, blocking, checking payments, delaying issuance, requesting additional data, disconnecting the service, refusing a new order or terminating the service.
20.2. The administration has the right to refuse to provide a service or cancel an order before delivery without explaining detailed reasons if the order looks risky, violates the rules, is associated with suspicious activity, compliance risks, fraud, chargeback risk or a threat to infrastructure.
20.3. Attempts to circumvent restrictions, create multiple accounts, transfer access, resell without approval, abuse of refunds, chargebacks, fake checks, attacks on the API or attempts to obtain a service without payment are considered a material violation of the Agreement.
20.4. In case of a significant violation, the Administration has the right to block the account, cancel bonuses, stop services, remove access, refuse returns and transfer the necessary information to suppliers, payment systems or other affected parties as part of protecting the service.
21. No guarantee of results
21.1. The user understands that digital and network services depend on a large number of external factors. The administration does not guarantee the achievement of a specific commercial, technical, network, legal or other result.
21.2. Mention of countries, operators, locations, networks, brands, technologies, protocols or providers is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee continued availability of the relevant option.
23. User rights and mandatory guarantees
24.1. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to unlawfully limit the rights of the user, which cannot be limited by mandatory rules applicable to a particular situation.
24.2. If a particular provision of the Agreement conflicts with a mandatory rule that applies regardless of the terms of service, such provision will apply only to the extent permitted, and the remaining terms will remain in effect.
24.3. The administration strives to describe services, prices, terms, restrictions and payment procedures in an understandable way. The user has the right to contact support before purchasing to clarify the essential conditions of a particular service.
23.4. The user has the right to receive the paid service in the amount provided for in the description, the chosen tariff and the technical capabilities of the supplier, subject to compliance with the Agreement, payment and acceptable use rules.
23.5. The user has the right to contact support in case of a technical problem, issuance error, disputed payment, eSIM installation question, VPN configuration, server or other service. The administration considers such requests in good faith, but the result may depend on the supplier, payment system, bank, user device, network or other external factors.
23.6. The provisions of non-refundability, limitation of liability and blocking rights apply to the extent permissible for digital services, already issued accesses, activated eSIMs, used servers, user violations, abuse incidents and actions of third parties.
23.7. The administration does not deny the user the right to send an appeal, claim or request to check the situation. At the same time, the presence of a complaint in itself does not automatically mean recognition of a violation, an obligation to return or an obligation to compensate.
23.8. When considering controversial situations, the Administration takes into account actual data: service status, time of issue, logs, supplier data, payment confirmations, user requests, activation, traffic consumption, access use, violations and technical possibility of cancellation.
24. Privacy and data processing
24.1. This section is part of a single user agreement and describes the basic rules for the processing, storage and use of user data within the MW LLC service.
24.2. The administration may process the data necessary for registration, authorization, payment, provision of services, technical support, abuse prevention, service protection, record keeping, dispute resolution and technical operations.
24.3. Such data may include: email, first and last name, order history, invoices, payment statuses, tickets, IP addresses, User-Agent, technical logs, cookies, service identifiers, VPN configurations, eSIM ICCID, QR/LPA data, server ID, traffic information, data about connected devices and other technical information necessary for the operation of the service.
24.4. The administration does not request more data than is necessary for the operation of the service, however, individual payment methods, suppliers, banks, eSIM providers, data centers or anti-abuse checks may require additional information or confirmation.
24.5. Data may be transferred to external suppliers, payment systems, banks, data centers, telecom operators, eSIM platforms, API partners and other third parties only to the extent necessary to place an order, issue a service, process a payment, support, diagnose, prevent abuse or protect the interests of the service.
24.6. The Administration does not sell users’ personal data as an independent product and does not transfer it to third parties for third-party advertising mailings on behalf of such third parties.
24.7. Technical logs, IP information, account activity, payments, orders, calls, and service usage may be retained for security purposes, abuse investigation, fraud protection, dispute processing, vendor policy enforcement, and service verification.
24.8. The storage period of data is determined by the purposes of processing, technical necessity, service life, requirements of suppliers, payment systems, dispute resolution periods and internal security measures.
24.9. The User understands that when using VPN, eSIM, servers and payment methods, some technical data is inevitably processed by external providers. Such providers may have their own privacy policies and technical journals that are not under the full control of the Administration.
24.10. The user is obliged to independently protect his credentials, passwords, QR codes, LPA links, eSIM profiles, VPN keys, SSH accesses and other confidential data. The administration is not responsible for the consequences of the voluntary transfer of such data to third parties or their loss by the user.
24.11. The user can contact support regarding access to the account, correction of obviously incorrect data, deletion of the account or clarification of information. The ability to delete individual data may be limited by the need to store technical, payment, accounting or anti-abuse information.
24.12. The administration applies reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data, but does not guarantee absolute security under circumstances beyond its control, including actions of third parties, vulnerabilities of external services, compromise of the user account, malware on the user’s device, or supplier failures.
25. Final provisions
25.1. If any provision of the Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
25.2. The failure of the Administration to immediately exercise any right is not considered a waiver of such right.
25.3. The user confirms that he accepts the terms voluntarily, understands the technical nature of the services and independently assesses the suitability of the service for his purposes.
Additional Network, VPN and eSIM Limitations
A.1. Failure to read, careless reading, misunderstanding, inability to find the Agreement text, ignoring links, relying on automatic translation or choosing not to review the terms does not release the user from compliance if the user continues using the service, places an order, pays an invoice or receives a service.
A.2. If any term, limitation, payment rule, refund condition, service description or technical requirement is unclear, the user must contact support before placing an order.
A.3. VPN is not a guaranteed tool for bypassing government, operator, corporate, regional, network, platform or other restrictions. The Administration does not guarantee access to any specific website, application, messenger, game, payment service, social network, platform, IP address or resource.
A.4. Government authorities, telecom operators, internet providers, platforms, service owners and network administrators may apply blocking, filtering, DPI, protocol restrictions, IP blocking, DNS filtering, account restrictions or other measures that may fully or partially prevent VPN operation.
A.5. The Administration may change routes, protocols, servers, subscriptions, keys, IP addresses and technical VPN parameters to maintain service operation, but is not obligated to bypass every restriction and is not responsible for inability to access specific resources.
A.6. eSIM may operate unstably or may not operate in certain countries, regions, networks, buildings, airports, roaming zones or on certain devices due to operator restrictions, roaming partners, government requirements, local blocks, radio coverage, network congestion, device settings or manufacturer policies.
A.7. The presence of a country, operator or tariff in the catalog is not a guarantee of equal connection quality in all cities, districts, buildings, networks and usage conditions. Coverage, speed and service availability may change without notice.
A.8. Some devices, firmware versions, iOS/Android versions, regional phone models, SIM-locked devices, corporate profiles, MDM restrictions or outdated software may not support installation or correct operation of eSIM.
A.9. Voice eSIM, local numbers, SMS, calls, incoming messages, banking SMS, OTP codes, messenger registration and operation of specific services are not guaranteed if they depend on the operator, country, number, anti-fraud system, roaming or third-party platform rules.
A.10. Temporary failures, quality degradation, delays, unavailability of certain functions, route changes, provider price changes, API synchronization delays, third-party platform errors or restrictions by external participants do not automatically constitute grounds for refund or compensation.
A.11. The Administration may change the technical implementation of a service, provider, route, server, IP address, delivery method, interface or displayed parameters if necessary for security, stability, support, anti-abuse or continued service provision.
